Mihafo aims to develop a second layer of leadership, both local and national, audit their skills and capacity level to empower them through leadership training so that they can be available to serve capably at different spheres of government.

Resolve Essential Services

Working with communities, government, labor and companies, Mihafo aims to reduce the number of strike actions by employees affecting essential services by engaging all stakeholders on arising issues and finding solutions that will allow services to continue while issues are being treated with urgency and seriousness they deserve.

Communication link between government and communities

Mihafo aims to develop and train local agents at a level of voting districts (VDs) that can be ready to educate, communicate and provide feedback of government new and modified legislation

The VD agents would also act as ground field force that communicate community issues to government authorities through the Mihafo system. This would allow for quick response to issues developing and pressing the community.

This would make Mihafo the eyes, ears and mouth piece between communities and government.

Youth skills training & development

Mihafo aims to conduct in community schools early career development so that young people can understand from an early age which field of studies are in demand for the job market.

Mihafo also aims to work with government skills training centers to capacitate young people with practical skills that can allow them to start businesses within their local communities. These skilled new business owners can thereafter be linked with big business looking to service their customers locally, thus benefit and grow the local economy.

Mihafo aims to protect and defend victims of the Council for Medical Scheme, long term insurance and short insurance.
